The area of Innovation Management has a strong focus on creating methods and new ways of working to improve creativity, to generate ideas, to stimulate action, as well as to manage the outcome of these in a resource-efficient and systematic manner. To rephrase, it encourages rapid prototyping, assembles complementary teams, creates great stories and lowers the barriers between internal and external stakeholders.
